Tom Swenson, Owner, Talent
A multi-talented performer, Tom is committed to using theater to bring “book learning” to life for children of all ages. His theater experiences range from major roles in semi-professional theater, coffee house settings, institutions, private parties, film and of course, school assembly shows. Tom spent over a decade working with special needs children and another ten years in alternative educational settings. For the last 12 years, Tom has focused these interests and skills in touring his popular programs to over 3000 schools in 26 states and the District of Columbia.

In his free time, Tom resells books, antiques and collectibles on the Internet, volunteers at the local History Center, and tries to keep up his aging Victorian home.

Beth Miller, Office Manager, Educator Consultant
With over 24 years in education as a teacher in public and private schools, Beth has learned how to engage, motivate and touch the hearts of children in grades K through 12 both in the United States and in Europe. A frequent presenter at education conferences, Beth has written several plays and designed numerous creative activities for children. Several of her ideas have been published in education magazines and newsletters. Beth is uniquely qualified to ensure Winding Roads programs successfully reach targeted audiences and align with the learning objectives of America’s schools.
